# eSign Plans Overview

eMudhra offers plans for each signing service. **eSign v2** is billed **per transaction**. **eSign v3** is available on **per-transaction** and **per-user** plans.

## What counts as a transaction?

One successful signature on one document hash. For eSign v3 and Remote Key Storage, each signed document in a multi-document request counts as one transaction. Failed or cancelled authentications are not billed.
