# Integration and ASP

<summary>How do we become an ASP?</summary>

Apply to eMudhra with entity KYC, sign the ASP–ESP agreement, register an organisational certificate for signing request XML, integrate in UAT, complete testing and the compliance review, then move to production. <summary>Is an audit required?</summary>

Yes. CCA requires ASPs to undergo an information-security audit by a qualified auditor. If eMudhra arranges the auditor, audit charges apply.

<summary>We get ESP-908 "Request timestamp invalid".</summary>

Your server clock differs from eMudhra's by more than 30 minutes. Synchronise with NTP and send \`ts\` in IST.

<details>

<summary>We get ESP-911 / ESP-922 signature errors.</summary>

Sign the request XML with the certificate registered against your \`aspId\`, use the expected canonicalisation, and don't modify the XML after signing.

</details>

<details>

<summary>We never received the eSign v3 callback.</summary>

Check that \`responseUrl\` is reachable over HTTPS from eMudhra's IPs, then use the status-check API with the same \`txn\` to fetch the result (status is retained for at least 30 days).

</details>

<summary>Can we migrate from another ESP?</summary>

Yes. The CCA API is common across ESPs, so migration usually involves changing endpoints, \`aspId\` and the response-signature certificate. eMudhra supports migration in a short cut-over window.

<summary>Do you provide SDKs?</summary>
