# eSign v3 Status Check

Use the status API when a callback is missed or to reconcile pending transactions.

| Attribute | Required | Description          |
| --------- | -------- | -------------------- |
| `ver`     | Yes      | `3.3`                |
| `ts`      | Yes      | ISO 8601 IST         |
| `txn`     | Yes      | Transaction to query |
| `aspId`   | Yes      | Your ASP ID          |

**Response:** an `<EsignResp>` with `status` `1`, `0` or `2`. Status data is retained for at least 30 days.

| Error | Meaning                       |
| ----- | ----------------------------- |
| 301   | Invalid status request format |
| 302   | Transaction not found         |
| 303   | Invalid version               |
